Description

Scarce pair of Frankart female bust bookends. We've seen these with wood, onyx and metal bases. This pair in very good original condition. As is often the case with Frankart busts, you will notice in places what have been described as stress lines in the spelter. However, there are no breaks or repairs. Nice aged patina. Wooden bases excellent with original felt. The condition overall is very good. Look closely on the underside photo and you'll see a remnant of the original retail sticker attached to the felt.
