    Description

    This beautiful Tarentum glass covered butter dish is an estate find.  The bowl sits on 4 feet and it has a nice lid. It has a small chip on the bowl and one of the feet has a little flea bite as well.  The lid is in excellent condition.  It has gold leaf trim all around the edges and feet and on the lid, with very little loss of the gold.  It's in great condition for it's age.  It's c.1899 so well over 100 years old!  This would make a nice addition to your collection.  It measures 7" tall with the lid and the dish is 7 1/2" in diameter.
